Job Description
We require an experienced Heating Engineer or Plumber for a single-day job at Priory Hospital Hazelwood House. The work involves draining down the entire floor heating system, removing a couple of existing radiators, and installing new replacement radiators.
Spec - Isolate and drain down the entire floor heating system - Safely remove approximately two existing radiators - Install new radiators (to be supplied or as agreed) - Reconnect, refill, vent, and test the system for leaks and correct operation - Leave the work area clean and tidy - Ensure all work complies with current regulations and best practice**Desirable** - Previous experience working in hospitals, care homes, or similar regulated environments - Knowledge of commercial/domestic wet heating systems**Working Arrangements** - Single day shift - Fixed payment of £270 for the completed days work - Exact start time and access arrangements to be confirmed prior to attendance
