Contracts Manager The Role As Contracts Manager, you will take responsibility for the successful delivery of 2-3 live projects at any one time, ensuring they are completed safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Projects will include commercial refurbishments, fit-outs and specialist laboratory developments, requiring close collaboration with clients, consultants and site teams throughout each stage of delivery.
Contracts Manager Responsibilities Managing 2-3 refurbishment, fit-out and laboratory projects simultaneously.
Leading and supporting Site Managers and project delivery teams.
Monitoring project programmes, budgets and overall performance.
Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to the highest quality standards.
Overseeing subcontractor performance and programme delivery.
Promoting and maintaining exceptional Health & Safety standards across all projects.
Providing regular progress updates to the senior management team.
Contracts Manager About You Previous experience working as a Contracts Manager within a main contractor environment.
Proven experience delivering commercial refurbishment and fit-out projects.
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications.
Experience delivering laboratories, life science facilities, cleanrooms, healthcare environments or other technically complex projects would be advantageous, although not essential.
