We are seeking an experienced and reliable General Handyman / Multi-Trader to carry out a wide range of residential repair and maintenance works. The role involves working within occupied social housing properties, so professionalism, respect for tenants, and good communication skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out general repairs and maintenance across residential properties
- Complete works in bathrooms and kitchens, including minor installations and repairs
- Repair and replace doors, locks, and associated fixtures
- Diagnose faults and carry out appropriate remedial work
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timeframes
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times
- Communicate effectively with tenants and the management team
- Proven experience as a handyman or multi-trader
- Experience working in occupied properties (social housing experience preferred)
- Ability to work independently and manage workload efficiently
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Full UK driving licence (preferred/required depending on role setup)
