We are seeking reliable and experienced Ground Workers to join our team delivering high-quality residential projects across Bristol and the surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities
- General groundworks on residential construction sites
- Excavation, drainage, foundations, and substructure works
- Kerbing, paving, and external works
- Site clearance and preparation
- Assisting with concrete and formwork operations
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Working effectively as part of a team to meet project deadlines
Working Hours & Pattern
- 9 hours per day Monday to Friday (standard working week)
- Occasional weekend work may be required (not guaranteed subject to project demands)
- Projects are ongoing with a strong pipeline of residential work starting from July 2026
Requirements
- Valid CSCS Card (essential)
- Proven experience in groundworks on residential or construction sites
- Physically fit and able to undertake manual labour
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Knowledge of health & safety regulations and site procedures
