The predicted salary is between 14.4 - 17.6 £ per hour.
We are currently looking for 2 experienced Articulated Dumper Drivers to join a busy construction project in Hunsdon, Hertfordshire. This is a great opportunity for reliable and experienced operators, with approximately 34 months' worth of work available.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Operating articulated dump trucks safely and efficiently on site
- Moving and tipping materials including soil, muck, stone and aggregates
- Loading and unloading materials as directed
- Carrying out daily checks and basic maintenance of the machine
- Following site instructions and working safely around other plant and site personnel
- Working alongside groundworkers and other plant operators
- Maintaining a clean and safe working area
- Adhering to all site health & safety procedures
- Reporting any defects, hazards or issues with the machinery
- Carrying out any other reasonable duties required by the Site Manager
Requirements:
- Previous experience operating Articulated Dump Trucks (ADT)
- Relevant and in-date CPCS or NPORS card/ticket for Articulated Dump Truck operation
- Good understanding of health & safety on construction sites
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work as part of a team
- Full PPE
- Previous construction/civils experience preferred
- Relevant Plant Card: Candidates should hold an in-date CPCS or NPORS qualification for Articulated Dump Truck operation. The relevant plant category is generally CPCS A56 Dump Truck (Articulated) / the equivalent NPORS category
