We are currently looking for an experienced and reliable Groundworker to join our team on an exciting project at RM Condor, Arbroath. This role will involve carrying out groundworks to support the removal and installation of ski slopes as part of an ongoing programme of works. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Groundworker who takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a professional team on a busy construction site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carrying out a range of groundwork duties to support the project.
  • Excavation, levelling, and preparing ground for installation works.
  • Assisting with the removal of existing ski slope structures.
  • Supporting the installation of new ski slope systems.
  • Operating hand tools and small plant where required.
  • Working closely with the site team to ensure work is completed safely and on schedule.
  • Maintaining high standards of health, safety, and housekeeping across the site.
  • All other associated tasks.

Working Hours & Pay

  • Monday to Friday: 07:30 - 17:00
  • Weekend work available
  • Weekend rate paid at Time +

Requirements

  • CSCS Card is essential.
  • Previous experience as a Groundworker within the construction industry.
  • Ability to carry out all aspects of groundwork safely and efficiently.
  • Experience using hand tools and working around plant machinery.
  • A strong work ethic with a reliable and positive attitude.
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous MOD/Base Security Clearance is beneficial but not essential.
