We’re creating a standalone Electrical Maintenance Services department – covering inspections, testing, remedial, and reactive works – and we’re looking for the right person to turn it into an operational powerhouse.
Have you ever wanted to be part of an elite team – where you look around and think wow, these people actually inspire me? You’ll report to our Operations Director, and work alongside our amazing leadership team – taking full ownership to build systems, lead engineers, and develop processes that deliver world-class industrial electrical maintenance – backed by One Way’s reputation for quality, technical excellence, and exceptional service.
About One Way Group: We’re on a mission to become one of the UK’s most respected electrical engineering companies, and we’re looking for a passionate leader to help make it happen. Our culture isn’t for everyone. We move fast, set high standards, and embrace progress, change, experimentation — and even failure — as part of the process. Before applying, read our Ten Guiding Principles for a clear sense of who we are and what we stand for.

- Deep technical understanding of compliance and wiring regulations
- Experienced in estimating and managing maintenance works
- Customer-facing and commercially aware
- Systems thinker who can design and scale operations
- Stickler for detail in reporting and compliance
