One Water is a purpose-led drinks brand with a simple belief: everyone should have access to clean, safe water. Through the sale of our products, we raise funds to support clean water projects around the world. We're a small, ambitious team with a big mission, working with some of the UK's best-known businesses for over 20 years to grow the brand, our impact and our Do One Good Thing community.
Role Description
Help grow One Water across Foodservice and Wholesale by supporting customers and bringing the brand's story to life at site level. You will be a visible ambassador for One, building relationships, running activations and sampling, and growing the Do One Good Thing community.
What you will do:
- Support and grow a portfolio of Foodservice and Wholesale customers, identifying opportunities to increase distribution, range and rate of sale.
- Promote One Water at end-user sites through sampling, pop-ups, events, staff engagement and brand activations.
- Work with our wholesale partners and their teams to create pull-through.
- Build strong relationships with site teams, operators and customer decision-makers, creating advocates for the brand.
- Help grow the Do One Good Thing community and bring our purpose to life with customers and consumers.
- Stay organised: plan your activity, follow up opportunities, keep customer information up to date and share useful market insight with the team.
We care more about finding the right person than the perfect CV. FMCG experience is useful, but not essential.
What we look for is:
- Motivated: You take the initiative and want to make things happen.
- Genuine: You build trust naturally and care about people and purpose.
- Confident: You are comfortable starting conversations and representing the brand.
- A people person: You enjoy building relationships with different types of people.
- Organised: You manage your time well, follow up and keep on top of the detail.
- Flexible and open: You adapt, learn quickly, take feedback and get stuck in.
