We are seeking an enthusiastic full time Customer Service Office Administrator to become part of our busy team in Mitcham. You will benefit from comprehensive support, encouragement, and training designed to help you grow your career within the waste industry.
- Demonstrate a commitment to delivering an excellent customer experience through both phone and email communications.
- Be confident when speaking with customers over the phone and responding to a variety of enquiries.
- Book jobs using our Waste Logics system and process payments accurately.
- Assist and advise customers regarding their waste removal requirements.
While prior knowledge of the waste industry and experience with the Waste Logics booking system is preferred, full training will be provided to the right candidate.
