We are seeking an enthusiastic full-time Customer Service Office Administrator to become part of our busy team in Mitcham. You will benefit from comprehensive support, encouragement, and training designed to help you grow your career within the waste industry.

  • Demonstrate a commitment to delivering an excellent customer experience through both phone and email communications.
  • Be confident when speaking with customers over the phone and responding to a variety of enquiries.
  • Manage and respond to email enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Book jobs using our Waste Logics system and process payments accurately.
  • Assist and advise customers regarding their waste removal requirements.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess the confidence and ability to communicate effectively with customers. Working well under pressure is essential. While prior knowledge of the waste industry and experience with the Waste Logics booking system is preferred, full training will be provided to the right candidate.

Experience required: minimum of 1 year customer service (specifically handling phone enquiries).
