The Volunteer Assistant will support One Walsall by managing the volunteer inbox, registering new volunteers and volunteer opportunities and working with individuals to identify and match them with suitable volunteering opportunities.
Key Tasks:
- Support with telephone calls and emails for volunteering as directed.
- Work to keep volunteer registrations and opportunities up to date on the CRM system.
