Sales Support Advisor

Fixed-Term Contract | £26,200

What you’ll be doing

You will support our B2C Sales teams in a wide-range of tasks and so being able to drop and roll is an essential!

Your core tasks could include:

  • Monitoring customer self-sign ups to process sales and contribute to our B2C Sales targets

  • Making outbound calls to leads in our sales pipeline, to finalise their package set up

  • Sending engaging and timely emails & SMS to pipeline customers to aid in conversion to sale

  • Validation of sales to ensure quality and improve customer experience

  • Own a variety of Meter Issues in the funnel and work with teams and suppliers to resolve in a timely manner for our customers

  • Work within SLA’s and manage your time efficiently across your projects
