Sales Development Representative

Permanent | £29,875 | £7k OTE

We’re looking for a motivated, driven, and resilient Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Partnerships team! This is a fantastic opportunity to be at the forefront of growing our Notify service – a simple yet powerful platform that saves Letting Agents time and effort, while creating a new revenue stream for their business.

A little bit about us

We are a tech business that bundles household bills into one fixed monthly payment. One payment means easier finances, less time on the phone to suppliers, and less admin. It’s a game changer.

It’s also a gorgeous place to work. Everybody gets stuck in to make things work, the team will make you feel welcome from day one, and the office is near some pretty great pubs.

What you’ll be doing

The Partnerships team is at the heart of our B2B growth. Around 60% of the sales leads our B2C teams work with come directly from partnerships with letting agencies across the UK. By helping us identify, engage, and onboard new partners, you’ll play a pivotal role in generating warm leads and driving company success.

  • Prospecting & discovery – Identify new partners through cold calling, email outreach, referrals from existing partners, and other channels. Qualify prospects by understanding their business needs and challenges.
  • Lead generation & pipeline building – Consistently create, nurture, and manage a pipeline of opportunities to hit monthly targets. This is a target‑driven role where activity, persistence, and results are key.
  • Demonstrations – Deliver tailored virtual demos of our Notify platform, matching its features and benefits to the specific pain points and objectives of each potential partner.
  • Onboarding – Support new partners through their first 30 days on the platform, ensuring they’re confident using Notify and set up for long‑term success.
  • Market engagement – Keep up to date with industry trends, competitors, and opportunities. You may also attend networking events and exhibitions to strengthen relationships and drive new leads. Occasional travel and overnight stays may be required.
  • Driving growth – As part of the only B2B sales function in the business, your efforts directly fuel the growth of our B2C teams and the wider company.

A little bit about you

We’re looking for someone who’s proactive, accountable, and eager to take ownership of their performance. You’ll be expected to become an expert in our product and a trusted partner to the agencies you work with.

  • Customer First Attitude – A track record in telesales, sales, or business development with proven success in delivering first‑class service.
  • Confidence & Communication – You’re comfortable on the phone and can communicate clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ambition – A drive to succeed and “set the bar high.” In this activity‑driven role, motivation and resilience are key.
  • Organisation & Ownership – Strong time management and the ability to work independently. You know how to Own It and get things done.
  • Product Expertise – Able to quickly pick up and confidently demonstrate new systems, becoming a subject‑matter expert on Notify.
  • Industry Knowledge (a bonus!) – Experience in property or lettings will give you a head start in building rapport with our partners.

What you’ll get from us

As well as all of the great perks listed below, here’s what you can expect to gain financially from this role…

An annual salary of £29,875

£2000 per year in bonuses paid to the full company if we achieve our shared objectives/ELT bonus is applicable

Working hours and location

The working hours for this role are 9am-5pm Monday to Friday. You will be fully office based for the first 6 months during a probationary period but following successful completion of this, there is a hybrid working opportunity of two days from home.
