Our Marketing Team

Our six person strong marketing team supports the wider business by delivering a large range of materials such as driving leads through digital advertising, assisting our partnerships team in event spaces, social content for brand awareness, and working with a large variety of project types on a weekly basis. Our graphic designer and brand manager alongside the rest of our marketing team ensure that both of our brands identities are resonating with our target audience through research, strategy and implementation.

What you’ll be doing

Reporting to, and working alongside our Graphic Designer, you’ll develop your design skills and experience a wide variety of digital and print creative, receiving valuable constructive feedback from them and our Brand Manager. Here are some of the things you can expect to be doing in this role:

  • Design and produce high-quality print and digital assets including social creatives, paid ads, email assets, event collateral (stands, brochures, flyers & accessories), website graphics and office creatives.
  • Ensuring brand guidelines are adhered to, ensuring a consistent visual identity and brand experience across all executions.
  • Brainstorming, conceptualising and delivering our creative campaigns.
  • Attend meetings with key stakeholders, internal and external to the marketing team.
  • Taking design projects from initial brief through to final artwork. Ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has a degree, diploma or 1-2 years of professional experience in Graphic Design or a related discipline backed by a strong portfolio.
  • Is confident working with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Brings strong knowledge of print production processes and artwork preparation.
  • Has worked with Figma, Canva and Acrobat (desirable).
  • Has worked within multi-brand organisations (desirable).
  • Is skilled in basic motion and video editing (desirable).

  • An annual salary of up to £28,000 which will increase each April.
  • £2000 per year in bonuses paid to the full company if we achieve our shared objectives.
