What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be in our busy Collections team helping to navigate our customers’ journey and bring people back to financial health. Taking ownership of a portfolio of customers with overdue debit balances, making outbound calls, managing queries via e‑mail correspondence with collection goals and targets in place.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a portfolio of customers with overdue debit balances
- Making approximately 100 calls per day
- Handling and resolving queries and disputes via email correspondence
- Achieving set collection team goals and targets
- Securing payments and negotiating payment plans in a timely and satisfactory manner
