We are looking for a motivated and driven Customer Support Advisor who’s great at multitasking and loves providing excellent customer service as part of a warm and friendly Customer Support team.

Responsibilities
You will engage with customers via live chats, phone calls, and emails, resolving issues efficiently and maintaining our high TrustPilot score. Your goal is to manage billing issues, ensuring customers’ lights and broadband stay operational, and to turn tense situations into positive experiences.
