What You’ll Be Doing
You will engage directly with customers, resolve their issues, and ensure they leave satisfied. Maintaining our high standards, you will handle live chats, phone calls, and emails efficiently to resolve queries swiftly. Customers depend on us to manage their bills and keep essential services running smoothly. When issues arise, your role is to resolve them and leave customers with a positive experience.
