Role Overview
Customer Operations Assistant – £27,976 per annum, Full time, Permanent
What you’ll be doing
- Opening and closing accounts with suppliers for tenancy start and end dates and to collect accurate meter readings to ensure billing accuracy.
- Answering inbound calls from suppliers and monitoring email mailboxes.
- Processing incoming post and ensuring all bills are paid and allocated to the correct packages.
- Auditing packages to confirm all utility services are set up correctly and highlighting any areas requiring additional information.
- Managing incoming tickets and owning them to resolution.
- Accurate note and data input, ensuring all relevant spreadsheets, tickets and packages are updated correctly.
- Completing your workload efficiently and accurately within the team’s SLA’s and in line with our KPIs.
- Working closely with the Customer Support team to ensure any customer queries are answered in a timely manner.
- Producing daily reporting on productivity.
- Assisting in the development and improvement of processes for the Customer Operations team.
- Working with suppliers to improve supplier relations and communication.
- Primarily based within our admin team.

What you’ll get from us
