One Ummah is a faith-based international relief and development agency, working in over 19 countries worldwide on programmes such as Water and sanitation, Food, Education, Orphans Support, Healthcare, Shelter, income generation and Emergency Disaster Relief.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Offline Marketing Officer to lead and execute our national offline outreach strategy. This role is perfect for someone with a strong understanding of grassroots marketing and the ability to manage branded merchandise, printed materials, partnerships, and offline advertising channels. You will take full responsibility for producing, distributing, and maintaining all physical marketing assets while identifying opportunities to grow our offline presence, especially within mosques, Islamic schools, halal businesses, and Muslim community hubs.

Key Relationships:

Key Accountabilities:

  • Social Media Development
  • Brand Merchandise Management

Manage the concept, design, procurement, and stock of all branded items including:

  • Charity pens
  • Prayer mats
  • Trolley coins
  • Fridge magnets
  • Giveaway packs for donors and events

Liaise with designers and suppliers to ensure quality, cost-efficiency, and timely delivery.
