One Ummah is seeking an Operations Manager in the United Kingdom to lead the Operations team, IT, HR, risks and compliance, and act as a senior project manager.

You will work with the CEO to drive systems, processes and Islamic compliance across departments.

You will manage relationships with internal staff and external partners, oversee major projects such as CRM and Gift Aid, and ensure policies are followed while maintaining the charity's strategic objectives.
