Job Overview: As a Self-Employed Travel Consultant at One Travel Club, you will be responsible for generating your own leads, building and nurturing relationships with clients, and providing expert travel advice and bookings. Working remotely, you will have the flexibility to manage your own schedule, set your own targets, and earn commission based on your success.

This role is perfect for individuals who have a strong sales background, a passion for travel, and the drive to succeed in a commission-based environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Proactively source your own leads and develop a personal network of clients by leveraging your contacts, social media, referrals, and marketing initiatives.

Consulting & Sales: Offer expert travel advice, tailor recommendations to clients' needs, and book flights, hotels, holiday packages, and experiences, ensuring a personalized experience.

Sales Target Achievement: Work independently to meet sales goals and targets, directly impacting your income through commissions.

Customer Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals.

Customer Service: Provide exceptional support throughout the entire booking process, from initial consultation to post-trip follow-up, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Stay Informed: Keep up to date with the latest travel trends, destinations, offers, and promotions to deliver relevant and accurate information to clients.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, bookings, and follow-ups, ensuring all sales and communication are tracked effectively.

Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role; experience in the travel industry is a plus

Strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients

A passion for travel and helping clients plan memorable experiences

Ability to source and generate leads, with a focus on creating new business opportunities

Goal-oriented with the drive to achieve and exceed targets in a commission-only environment

Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage your workload effectively

Proficiency in using computers, booking systems, and online communication tools

A reliable internet connection and a dedicated home workspace
