Job title: Temporary Office Administrator Hours: 20hrs/week – flexible days between Monday-Friday Duration: Approx. 3 weeks – possibly longer Start date: ASAP Pay rate: £13/hr Due to starting an exciting new project, a small, vibrant, construction consultancy-based company (just outside of Tadcaster) Dragonfly Consulting, is looking for a part time, temporary Administrator to ‘muck in’ with everything admin. based. You will be providing support where needed to the team and Directors through this exceptionally busy period. This Office Administrator role will involve the following:CLOSE * Using MS office daily * Sending emails and preparing letters from set templates * Proof reading complex documents for spelling and grammar mistakes before sending to clients * Booking meetings & arranging travel * Printing documents * All office admin. support wherever required. What you will need: * Bright & sunny personality with a can do attitude and happy to help wherever needed * Exceptional reading and writing skills to be able to proof read, and correct, sometimes lengthy documents * Be able to get there reliably (own transport preferred) * Be available immediately and to be available for the duration of the contract and more if needed
