Are you an organised, proactive administrator with a passion for customer service and sales support? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, owner managed, small business environment, building strong client relationships? If so, this role offers a rewarding opportunity to support a busy Director and contribute to a well-established business. Based on the outskirts of York (North - transport is essential) there are many different strands of this business so your working day will be extremely varied and diverse. This is a permanent, full-time position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries, providing accurate information and managing bookings.
- Support sales efforts through sending out weekly marketing campaigns and maintaining client records.
- Strengthen customer relationships by addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
- Perform general administrative duties, utilising internal systems to streamline operations and support the team effectively.

We are seeking someone with experience in office or sales administration and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel). You should have a confident telephone manner, excellent diary management skills, and the ability to work at pace while staying organised.
