One To One Recruitment is working in partnership with a well-established organisation to recruit an experienced Leasehold Officer on a six-month temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced housing professional to take ownership of a varied portfolio covering Leasehold Management, Right to Buy, Shared Ownership and Commercial Premises.
The Role
You will be responsible for delivering a high-quality leasehold and home ownership service, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, policies and procedures whilst providing excellent customer service to residents, leaseholders and commercial tenants.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process Right to Buy and Shared Ownership applications from initial enquiry through to completion, ensuring all statutory timescales are met.
- Undertake safeguarding and anti-money laundering checks to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Manage the organisation's commercial premises portfolio, maximising rental income and ensuring lease obligations are met.
- Work closely with legal advisors and internal stakeholders on leasehold, commercial and property-related matters.
- Support budget monitoring, financial planning and reporting.
