Trainee Rope Access Maintenance Technician Permanent | London (within M25) | £45,000 PA | Mon-Fri, 7am-3pm We are hiring for Trainee Rope Access Maintenance Technicians to join a growing team of experienced contractors working on high access maintenance projects across commercial sites, from high rise skyscrapers to historical landmarks. What you will be doing: General building maintenance at height (e.g. cleaning, mastic, replacing guttering, repointing brickwork, minor roofing, bird netting, glazing in compliance with industry standards and safety regulations) External only work (not accessible from inside buildings) Mainly London based work, occasional sites like Reading or surrounding areas but mainly within the M25 What we are looking for: Background in construction or maintenance (bricklaying, roofing, carpentry etc) NVQ or hands on trade experience – college leavers welcome but would have a valid UK Driving Licence and relevant qualifications Must be physically fit and able to perform maintenance tasks whilst working at heights Comfortable with working at heights and keen to train in rope access What’s included: IRATA Level 1 Rope Access course paid for (5 days) Uniform, PPE, and tools provided Company van and fuel paid (usage TBC) 40 hours/week with optional Saturday overtime at time and a half Long-term progression with funded training to Level 3 Rope Access If you feel you have the skills and experience required for this role apply now to Julie or Aimee at One to One Personnel on (phone number removed) or email your CV directly to or
