We're looking for a Service Delivery Account Assistant to support a portfolio of key clients, ensuring services are planned, delivered, and completed to the highest standard. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and growing compliance services business, working alongside an experienced and supportive team.
What You'll Be Doing
As a key member of the Service Delivery team, you'll be responsible for managing client relationships and coordinating services from start to finish. Your role will involve:
- Supporting key accounts and ensuring service delivery meets agreed KPIs
- Coordinating planned works and liaising with operational teams
- Managing customer communication and resolving issues quickly and professionally
- Producing and issuing reports within agreed timescales
- Monitoring contract performance, financials, and work in progress activity
- Organising review meetings and maintaining strong client relationships
- Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and customer experience
