About the Role:
One to One Personnel have an exciting opportunity for a motivated Commercial Property Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE to join our clients busy and dynamic Commercial Property Department. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated solicitor to contribute to a thriving practice and develop their career within a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling a broad range of Commercial Property matters
- Advising clients on Commercial Conveyancing transactions
- Drafting and negotiating Landlord and Tenant agreements
- Managing Financing and Development agreements
- Working collaboratively within a team to deliver high-quality service
- Maintaining meticulous attention to detail and ensuring compliance with legal standards
What you’ll need:
- At least 3 years PQE in Commercial Property law
- Strong technical knowledge and practical experience in:
- Commercial Conveyancing
- Landlord and Tenant matters
- Financing and Development agreements
