Are you an experienced Receptionist / Office Manager looking for your next challenge? We are seeking a proactive and organised individual to provide exceptional front-of-house service and vital office support to a well established team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced, dynamic company where no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and greet visitors, suppliers, and customers at reception
- Assist with customer collections and liaise with relevant departments
- Direct deliveries to the correct building
- Organise and post customer sample packs
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail via Royal Mail
- Distribute monthly fruit and company uniforms across sites and shifts
- Arrange refreshments for meetings and manage meeting room bookings
- Provide diary management support for the leadership team
- Book ad hoc business travel as required
- Assist with company and marketing events
About You
- Previous experience in a Receptionist or Office Manager role within a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
