The Role – Executive Support Manager, PA to the Chief Executive Officer – Southend £37,323 Fixed Term Contract 4 months – Immediate Start We are seeking an experienced Executive Support Manager, PA to the Chief Executive Officer to join our dynamic team within the Education sector. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our executive office. This position requires exceptional organisational skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail. The Executive Support Manager PA will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to our executive team, facilitating communication and collaboration across departments, and helping to drive strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive administrative support to executive management and senior leaders. Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and balancing conflicting priorities effectively. Prepare, edit, and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations. Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication. Organise and coordinate events, conferences, and meetings, including logistics and materials preparation. Oversee special projects, tracking progress and providing updates to executive teams as needed. Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information. Job Requirements Proven experience in an executive support role, preferably within the education management industry. Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism. A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving and project management. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education Management, or a related field is preferred. The Package Immediate Start Fixed Term Contract for 4 months £37,233 Per annum Monday to Thursday 8:30am – 5:00pm Fridays working from home 8:00am – 4:30pm Paid Christmas Shut down from 19th December – 2nd January Holiday Entitlement
