One to One Personnel are delighted to be partnering exclusively with our client, who is seeking a detail‑driven Operations Administrator to deliver vital administrative, clerical, and customer‑service support across daily business operations. This role plays a central part in maintaining smooth office coordination and ensuring all processes align with company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, confident in managing their own workload, and motivated to work independently with reliability and trustworthiness.
Job Requirements
- Carry out day‑to‑day office administration to support the operations function, including correspondence, filing, and maintaining records.
- Assist with scheduling and coordination of operational projects, ensuring timelines and resources are managed effectively.
- Maintain and update operational systems, databases, and documentation to support workflow efficiency.
- Support procurement activities, including raising purchase orders, processing invoices, and liaising with suppliers.
- Monitor and track inventory, equipment, and resources to support operational needs.
- Collate and produce reports, spreadsheets, and data analysis to assist management decision‑making.
- Coordinate travel, accommodation, and logistics for operational staff and project teams.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, health & safety requirements, and quality standards.
- Act as a point of contact between operations, clients, and contractors to facilitate smooth communication.
- Contribute to process improvements and the streamlining of operational administration.
