IRATA Level 3 Rope Access Maintenance Technician Permanent | London (within M25) | £54,600-£57,200 PA | Mon-Fri, 7am-3pm We are hiring for a IRATA Level 3 Rope Access Maintenance Technician to lead and join a growing team of experienced contractors working on high access maintenance projects across commercial sites, from high rise skyscrapers to historical landmarks. This is a hands-on supervisory role, ideal for a safety-focused and experienced technician looking to take ownership of site operations while remaining actively involved in rope access tasks. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and lead rope access teams on-site Ensure all rope access activities comply with IRATA standards and HSE regulations Conduct safety checks, toolbox talks, and risk assessments Perform rope access cleaning and building maintenance tasks Complete and submit site paperwork and reports Maintain and inspect equipment, ensuring logs are up to date Act as the primary contact for site safety and coordination Essential Requirements: IRATA Level 3 certification (in date) Minimum 1 year of window cleaning or building maintenance experience Based in London or surrounding areas Strong leadership and communication skills Personal rope access equipment, including: Harness Helmet ID/Sirius ASAP or Duck Foot loop Full UK Driving Licence – Preferred (Not Essential) CSCS, IPAF, or PASMA cards – Preferred (Not Essential) Rigging kit, ropes, and professional window cleaning tools – Preferred (Not Essential) Additional experience in general maintenance, repairs, or façade cleaning – Preferred (Not Essential) Key Skills: Excellent attention to detail and safety protocols Proven leadership and team coordination experience Reliable, punctual, and well-organised Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to adapt to changing site environments If you have the skills and experience required for this role apply now to Julie or Aimee at One to One Personnel on (phone number removed) or email your CV directly to or
