Prior in-house experience in a commercial entity would be an advantage.

It’s essential that you have prior experience drafting contracts\\n\\nWhat You’ll Need\\n\\nMinimum 2-3 years of post-qualifying legal experience or completing a para-legal training. Prior in-house experience in a commercial entity would be an advantage\\n\\t\\nThe candidate must be efficient, positive, self-motivated, enthusiastic and must be keen to learn. The candidate must have strong communication skills (including but not limited to having strong drafting skills, ability to clearly and concisely explain concepts) and to be able to see the bigger picture by providing commercially sound advice\\n\\nRole and Responsibilities \\n\\nAssist the Head of Legal and legal team in the day-to-day responsibilities\\n\\t\\nDraft various commercial agreements, including distribution, supply, agency, consultancy, sourcing agreements and service contracts\\n\\t\\nSupport the negotiation and execution of a variety of commercial contracts\\n\\t\\nDraft and update the Company`s internal policies and regulations and monitor their compliance with the effective legal provisions\\n\\t\\nProvide legal and professional support to the management and company directors on a range of legal matters when required\\n\\t\\nAdvise on general commercial contracts across the business\\n\\t\\nEnsure that the relevant documents are filed in Legal Department database / library / folders.

\\n\\t\\nMaintain and update database of all existing agreements and legal library\\n\\t\\nMaintain and update the HR folders (where required)\\n\\t\\nReport regularly to the Group CEO / Director on project status and participate in team meetings (including coordination with other Group businesses)\\n\\t\\nCarry out HR tasks including but not limited to drafting employment documents, liaising with external counsels, assisting in redundancy, disciplinary and other employment related proceedings. \\n\\t\\nUndertake roles and responsibilities of an HR Associate\\n\\t\\nProvide legal review regarding commercial contracts / terms and conditions and advise on legal risk in respect of the above\\n\\t\\nEnsure Company`s / Group Companies ‘processes and policies are adhered to\\n\\nWhat’s in It for You?\\n\\nUp to £40,000 (depending on qualifications & experience)\\n\\t\\n25 days of annual leave + bank holidays\\n\\t\\nAdditional days holiday between Christmas and New Year if the Directors decide to close the business\\n\\t\\nStandard working hours 9 to 5:30 – 30 min lunch = 40 hours a week\\n\\t\\n1-day WFH after probation and training at the company’s sole discretion (non-contractual)\\n\\t\\nWorkplace Pension Scheme\\n\\t\\n60% Discount on our products that we have on Ecommerce\\n\\t\\nSample sales 2+ times a year\\n\\t\\nShort Leave – with pre-approval from Line Manager to take up to 2 hours off without deduction from holiday allowance\\n\\t\\nStatutory sick pay\\n\\t\\nAnnual pay review and/or bonus at the Directors discretion\\n\\nIf you have all the skills above and feel this is the role for you, please do not hesitate to contact us at 121 Personnel on (phone number removed) or forward your CV to (url removed)
