We are working with one of the UK’s longest established providers of water hygiene and duct cleaning services, delivering comprehensive compliance solutions for building managers across all aspects of air and water hygiene. You will play a key role in helping clients maintain safe and compliant water systems.
Responsibilities include:
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance tasks for the control of Legionella
- Temperature monitoring of water services
- Shower cleaning and descaling
- Water tank cleaning and disinfection
- Inspection of water systems, including cold water storage tanks and calorifiers
- Servicing thermostatic mixer valves
- Completing basic water system remedials such as removing dead legs and redundant tanks
- Collecting water samples for microbiological analysis
- Using technical knowledge to identify potential non-conformances beyond the scope of works
- Following company method statements and procedures
- Liaising with clients and site personnel regarding work progress and issues
- Reporting progress or site challenges promptly to the office
- Representing the organisation professionally at all times
- Working with the sales team to highlight remedial work opportunities
