- Recruit, train, and manage parts team members
- Oversee customer order fulfilment and handle escalations
- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate pricing
- Monitor departmental budgets and control costs
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Support sales and service teams with timely parts availability
- Complete administrative tasks including invoicing, warranty returns, and supplier credits
- Produce regular reports on inventory, staff performance, and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Valid UK driving licence
