The Role

You will be responsible for delivering products safely and efficiently to customers across the UK, ensuring exceptional customer service at every stage of the delivery process. This is a multi drop role involving approximately 6-10 deliveries per day, depending on location and load size. The position includes a significant amount of city driving and early morning starts. Occasionally, overnight stays may be required, for which a night out allowance is provided. As a key representative of the business, you will be friendly, professional, and committed to delivering a high standard of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out accurate and timely customer deliveries.
  • Load, secure and unload products safely and efficiently.
  • Ensure all loads are correctly secured for transportation.
  • Plan delivery routes effectively to meet schedules.
  • Complete daily vehicle inspections and report any defects.
  • Adhere to all road traffic laws and transport regulations.
  • Maintain delivery records and relevant transport documentation.
  • Attend training sessions as required.
  • Communicate effectively with transport planners and colleagues.
  • Follow all health and safety procedures and company policies.

About You

  • HGV Class 2 Licence (or higher)
  • Valid Driver CPC
  • Digital Tachograph Card
  • Moffett Licence (highly desirable)
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organisational abilities
  • Multi-drop delivery experience (preferred but not essential)
  • A professional and positive approach to work
