We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a confident and organised Finance Admin Assistant to join their friendly team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within finance and administration.

The role:

  • Handling customer queries relating to invoices, billing, and payments
  • Supporting credit control by chasing outstanding invoices
  • Raising and amending invoices and credit notes
  • Maintaining accurate customer records
  • Assisting with reporting and month-end processes
