We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a confident and organised Finance Admin Assistant to join their friendly team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within finance and administration.
The role: This is a varied position combining customer service, finance support, and credit control duties. You will be:
- Handling customer queries relating to invoices, billing, and payments
- Supporting credit control by chasing outstanding invoices
- Raising and amending invoices and credit notes
- Maintaining accurate customer records
- Assisting with reporting and month-end processes
What we are looking for:
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Confident communication
- Good IT skills (Excel and internal systems)
