Our client is looking for an Amazon Account Manager with proven 1P Vendor Central experience, a sharp analytical mindset and the confidence to turn complex data into smart commercial decisions. If you’re an organised, detail‑driven communicator who thrives in fast‑paced environments and knows how to elevate product visibility, conversion and overall account health, this is the role where you can truly make an impact.
To be considered:
- A minimum of 2/3+ years previous experience managing an Amazon account, ideally within a 1P Vendor Central environment.
- High proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and a minimum of 3 years’ UK based work experience in a similar role.

- Excellent communicator with strong attention to detail and the ability to collaborate across teams and external stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the full product catalogue through Vendor Central, ensuring accurate content, correct categorisation, and compliance with Amazon’s requirements.
- Optimise listings including titles, bullet points, descriptions, keywords, and imagery for both new and existing products to improve discoverability and conversion rates.
- Work closely with Customer Operations to ensure smooth order flow, assisting with operational issues if required.
- Lead the strategy, development, and ongoing optimisation of the Brand Store, delivering cohesive seasonal updates and ensuring consistent brand presentation.
- Monitor sales, stock levels, availability, and overall account health. Identify issues or blockers and collaborate with both internal and external teams to resolve them promptly.
- Partner with the Advertising Agency to develop and implement advertising campaigns and track performance, ensuring activity is aligned with Brand goals.
- Produce weekly performance reports highlighting key metrics. Provide actionable insights that support growth, efficiency and strategic decision making.
