Enjoy hands-on work where precision matters? Join a well-established manufacturing company in Southend-on-Sea, assembling small components and intricate wiring to create high-quality products. Whether you have previous assembly experience or simply have a steady hand, good eyesight and a keen eye for detail, full training will be provided!

What you will be doing:

• Assembling small, delicate components
• Working with fine wires and intricate parts
• Soldering, with training provided where needed
• Following detailed assembly instructions
• Carrying out quality checks to maintain high standards

What we are looking for:

• Previous manufacturing, production or assembly experience is beneficial but not essential
• Excellent manual dexterity and a steady hand
• Good eyesight and strong attention to detail
• A reliable, positive attitude and willingness to learn
• The ability to work carefully and consistently

• £12.71 per hour

• A temporary contract with regular reviews and the opportunity to become permanent after a minimum of three months, subject to performance and business needs
• Monday to Friday, 8:00 in the morning to 4:45 in the afternoon.

• You must be available to start within one week's notice.
• Good eyesight and excellent manual dexterity are essential due to the precise nature of the work.
• Candidates living locally to Southend-on-Sea are preferred because of the industrial estate location.
• Applicants may be invited to attend a trial session in the factory to assess their suitability for the role.
