We are looking for a motivated IT Technician to join our clients Desktop Support Team on a temporary basis. In this role, you will provide 1st and 2nd line IT support, ensuring incidents and service requests are managed efficiently and resolved to a high standard.

You will play a key role in supporting end users across the organisation, maintaining IT systems, and ensuring assets and services operate effectively within a regulated ISO environment.

To be considered for this role:

  • You will be required to have a minimum of 3 years UK based relevant work experience.
  • You must be able to commute easily to Theale.
  • You should have previous 1st & 2nd Line experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of IT incidents and service requests, managing them through to resolution or escalation where required.
  • Escalate issues to third-party providers or internal infrastructure teams when necessary.
  • Build strong relationships with remote sites and users to improve the overall IT support experience.
  • Perform routine IT tasks such as password resets, file restores.
