We are launching a new structural engineering division within a fast growing, design-led property and architecture group. You will work directly with architects, clients, and contractors on live residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects from day one.

The Opportunity:

  • Build a structural engineering function from scratch
  • Shape technical standards, workflows, and delivery approach
  • Work closely with an established architectural practice with immediate project pipeline
  • Progress into a future leadership role (Head of Structural Engineering)

What You Will Do:

  • Lead structural design from concept through to construction
  • Produce calculations, drawings, and specifications
  • Work closely with architects on integrated, buildable design solutions
