We are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Projects Administrator to join a busy Projects Team, supporting multiple projects and ensuring everything runs smoothly.

This is a full-time, office based permanent position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Projects Team, ensuring smooth workflow and communication.
  • Maintain accurate project records, files and documentation.
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules and project timelines.
  • Assist with preparing reports, manuals and correspondence.
  • Liaise with colleagues, clients and suppliers to ensure information is managed effectively.
  • Support the Projects and Sales Teams with delivering projects and duties on time and to a high standard.

Ideal Candidate

  • At least 2 years previous administration experience.
  • Previous experience within engineering, logistics, industrial or a similar environment is desirable.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle due to the location
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Able to prioritise and manage multiple projects in a busy environment.
  • Calm under pressure, good common sense and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and IT systems.
  • Reliable, proactive and a positive team player.
