By building relationships with senior decision makers at leading brands, they help connect agencies with organisations actively looking for marketing support. Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage senior decision makers such as Heads of Marketing, Brand Directors, and Digital Leads
  • Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, email, and LinkedIn
  • Hold consultative conversations with potential clients to understand their needs
  • Book qualified meetings between brands and agency clients
  • Build and maintain long term relationships with brand contacts and agency partners
  • Manage and track your own sales pipeline
  • Support the sales process from initial contact through to proposal stage
  • Contribute to overall business development and growth strategy

Requirements:

  • Previous B2B sales or business development experience
  • Strong communication skills, both on the phone and in person
  • Interest in marketing, branding, digital, or creative industries
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work toward targets
  • Quick learner capable of representing multiple clients
  • Relationship focused approach to sales
  • Able to commute to Southend-on-Sea
