We are looking for a driven sales professional to help establish and galvanise new business relationships for our commercial division.

The Role:

We don’t just put a bum on a seat; instead, we focus on alignment of values as well as skill set, which in turn helps galvanize long-lasting business relationships with clients who see the value in a genuine recruitment partnership.

By accessing a prospect client database of over 6000 contacts along with the usual methods of lead generation, you will be tasked with new business development across your industry sector creating business relationships where your clients value you as a trusted advisor and essential part of their supplier network.

Searching for candidates and evaluating CVs found on job boards and social media channels. Client visits and networking. Understanding client needs and negotiating commercially viable business agreements. Responsible for advert writing, database searches, candidate selection, interviews, candidate presentation and arrangement of interviews through to offer and commencement.
