One Ten Associates is partnering with several leading fund managers who are seeking to add high-calibre lawyers to their established legal teams. We are seeking both Corporate Lawyers and Funds Lawyers for opportunities based in London.
Corporate Lawyer: The ideal candidate will have circa 1-3 year PQE, having trained at a reputable law firm with experience within their Corporate Practice. Deal experience across Venture Capital, Private Equity and/or M&A is a must. In-house/secondment experience is advantageous, but not a must. This is an opportunity to join a global fund and work alongside an exceptional legal team.
Funds Lawyer: The ideal candidate will have circa 3-6 year PQE, having trained at a reputable law firm with experience within their Funds Practice. Experience across both open-ended and closed-ended fund structures is ideal. In-house/secondment experience is advantageous. We are happy to consider lawyers with experience across both regulated and unregulated fund structures, onshore and/or offshore.
