An opportunity to join a leading global investment management business within its credit operations team on a strategically important 9-month contract. This role will focus on delivering a critical migration of third-party operational services across a complex credit platform, working closely with internal stakeholders and external service providers. The business manages significant assets across credit strategies, including CLOs and credit funds. This role will support a strategic consolidation of operational services between third-party providers, primarily across European and US CLO portfolios and credit funds.
Some duties outlined below:
- Support the transition of multiple CLOs and liquid funds from an incumbent third-party provider to a new strategic partner.
- Work closely with outgoing and incoming providers, technology teams, project management functions, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
- Coordinate testing activities across services and assist with issue resolution.
- Review and update business requirement documents and associated operational documentation where required.
- Participate in governance meetings, steering committees, and project working groups.
- Monitor project milestones and operational dependencies.
- Establish effective quality assurance controls to support a smooth migration process.
- Analyse project plans, risks, and mitigation actions across relevant workstreams.
- Take a hands-on approach in supporting operational delivery throughout the migration lifecycle.
