This represents a very exciting time to be joining this team in London as it is the first senior investor services hire in London which will lead the client service efforts across EU and APAC region, making it a key investor services/client service hire outside of the US.
Some of the core areas of focus for this role include:
- Assist in the execution of key investor servicing initiatives
- Coordinate across multiple groups within the firm to ensure consistent, proactive, timely, professional and accurate investor interactions
- Assist in implementing standardized investor servicing protocols across the firm to provide a high quality, consistent investor experience
- Communicate with external and internal stakeholders in a knowledgeable, clear and professional fashion
- Manage relationships and liaise with third-party service providers and fund management team internally
- Respond to phone and email inquiries from investors and wealth advisors regarding account maintenance, periodic fund performance updates and requests for investor materials
