Job Description
We are working with a leading Independent Financial Adviser (IFA) firm with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, client-focused financial planning solutions across the UK. At a time of significant growth and innovation within their business they are looking to expand their team and are looking for a talented and experienced Paraplanner.
This role is pivotal in supporting our Financial Advisers in delivering exceptional advice and service to our clients. Working remotely as part of our collaborative, high-performing team, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality financial planning reports, conducting research, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a dynamic and professional environment with real potential for progression as our company continues to grow.
You’ll be a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a passion for delivering high-quality financial planning support. Comfortable working remotely, you’ll be organised, communicative, and confident collaborating with a wider team virtually.
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Paraplanning role within an IFA or financial planning firm.
- Strong understanding of financial products, compliance standards, and industry regulations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in financial planning software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a remote working environment.
- Hold the Diploma for Financial Advisers (DipFA) or an equivalent Level 4 financial planning qualification
(e.g. CII Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning).
- Experience of working with a variety of platforms and product providers.
