We are partnering with a leading global asset manager renowned for its sophisticated credit platform and diverse investment strategies. As the firm continues to scale its private credit and direct lending activities, they are seeking a senior loan closing associate to join their high-performing operations and investment support team.
Duties will entail some or all of the below, with ad-hoc responsibilities when required:
- Managing end-to-end closing processes for private credit and syndicated loan transactions
- Reviewing and coordinating transaction documentation with internal legal and external counsel
- Ensuring accurate capture of trade/loan details across internal systems
- Liaising with agents, lenders, custodians, and portfolio managers
- Monitoring and resolving settlement breaks or discrepancies
- Supporting ongoing portfolio maintenance activities, including amendments, restructures, and consent processes
- Enhancing operational controls and contributing to process improvements
