One Ten Associates are partnering with a global private market fund that is looking to hire a Corporate/Transactional lawyer to join their legal team, based in London. The job holder will provide legal advice across real estate transactions, working closely with the investment team specialising within real estate investments across EMEA.
The ideal candidate will have between 2-5 year PQE, having trained within a top tier law practice. You will ideally be a corporate/M&A lawyer who is keen to move in-house and join a high-performing business. Deal experience focused on real estate transactions is ideal, however we will consider candidates without this.
This is an opportunity to join a highly active, hugely successful global fund and work alongside other exceptional lawyers and investment professionals.
